Date Night

So I got a text from my husband this morning saying he wants to take me out on a date tonight. I am very excited. I know money is tight, but I am really excited to go get a new outfit for tonight. So far we are going to see a movie, and go to dinner first. We are old and boring so that is probably the extent of it all. Still, mommy needs a night off from the kids, and I don't mean going to work.

I am on the phone with John right now, and he says that the sitter is busy tonight. Freaking great. I wish he had looked into it before asking me to go some where and getting my hopes up. I am frustrated. Now it is pointless to even try. Whatever.
